Coming into this career breakthrough coaching experience with Nelly I was struggling financially and energetically to get my business off the ground as an entrepreneur.  I was stuck in a perpetual state of (maybe) starting something or just thinking about it and either right away or eventually talking myself into why I shouldn’t do it.  I wasn’t able to get myself to commit to getting a job because I would visualize it eventually fizzling out, so why continue or even go for it in the first place (which also applied to my entrepreneur efforts).  My greater problem with my career breakthrough was that No decision I make will ever be good enough. It was a loop of indecision.  Since doing my release work and taking baggage-free action so many aspects of my life have evolved.  I have clarity in my decisions.  There’s no more pressure behind choosing something.  Instead of looking to the future until I find the error I see unlimited optimistic options with intuitive guidance.  The sense of urgency to rush through making my career is gone as well.  The gift is in the cultivation and I’m so grateful for this peaceful sense of patience I have now to pair with my desire to be efficient and have a good strategy. I was able to allow myself to get a job, something I’ve resisted since graduating college, and lived an inconsistent life as an independent contractor.   I LOVE my job and I love even more how I FEEL about having it. How the decision feels clear, light, certain, and FUN. My purpose feels activated in the work I do.  Financially, life feels flexible. I’m forecasting my life differently now.  I’m so grateful to be on the other side of the financial struggle.  I went into this wanting help with developing and growing my business & I realize it wasn’t working because I was trying to skip over cultivate and jump from plant to harvest.  I feel the time is my ally, through the lens of the slight edge, and I’m still in the early stages.

I already thought highly of Nelly and my experience with her as a coach blew me out of the water and exceeded my expectations. (Especially since one of my limiting beliefs was it might not work). I’m so grateful for the trust I felt in how she was navigating and guiding us through. I really appreciate the way she’s organized, methodical, and tuned into the moment while staying mindfully connected to what she’s learned about me as a client since the beginning.
